If the wind is over 20 Knots we might unfortunatly have to cancel the tour for your safety; we would do our best to rebook you on another tour. We would give you a call in advance to inform you if we have to cancel or reschedule the tour. You can check the weather forecast here.

Our tours require good weather. If your tour is cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Our tour require a minimum number of travellers. If your tour is cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We understand your plans can change and you might need to cancel your booking. please give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate your situation. In case of "no show" or less than 24 hours notice – you will be charged full fare. Within 2 days of departure - a 20% admin fee may be deducted from your payment if seats cannot be resold
