What do I need to bring?

All the snorkeling and fishing equipments are provided (stinger suits, mask and flippers, fishing ropes and baits) All you need to bring is your beach items: - sunscreen - swimming suit - towel We also provide coffee, tea and water on board but feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.

How can I get there?

From Townsville you have to catch the ferry with Sealink that depart every hour. it takes about 20 min. Check sealink ferry time table here. If you are bringing your car over you have to book the barge in advance with Magnetic Island Ferry. It takes about 40 min. Access magnetic Island Ferry website here. You will arrive in Nelly bay. from there you can catch the 250 bus or drive on the main road to Horseshoe bay. Taxi services are also available but the waiting time might be long especially during the busy season. Download the bus time table here We will depart from horseshoe bay beach front. We will meet on the beach in front of the bus stop.

What are the weather forecasts on Maggie for my tour?

If the wind is over 20 Knots we might unfortunatly have to cancel the tour for your safety; we would do our best to rebook you on another tour. We would give you a call in advance to inform you if we have to cancel or reschedule the tour. You can check the weather forecast here.

Can I book for the same day?

Yes, we will be very happy to book you in if possible. This option might not be available online if too close to the departure but contact us and we will try our best to take you on board on the same day if there is any spots available and the weather permits it. Fell free to call us 0499996653.

Cancellation and refund policy

Our tours require good weather. If your tour is cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund Our tour require a minimum number of travellers. If your tour is cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. We understand your plans can change and you might need to cancel your booking. please give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate your situation.
In case of "no show" or less than 24 hours notice – you will be charged full fare.
Within 2 days of departure - a 20% admin fee may be deducted from your payment if seats cannot be resold

Are Stinger suits, snorkeling and fishing gear included?

Yes. We provide all size of stinger suits, snorkel masks and fins as well as fishing rods and bait.
